Oak House provides safe, structured transitional housing where individuals can rebuild their lives with dignity, purpose, and support. Through professional guidance, life skills, coaching, and a compassionate community, residents gain the tools they need to achieve lasting independence. Our individualized 12-week program offers five specialized pathways designed to meet people where they are and help them move confidently toward a stable future.

Life Coaching

Personalized coaching helps residents identify meaningful goals, build confidence and resilience, strengthen practical life skills, and create a clear path toward lasting stability and independence.

Oak House offers safe, supportive housing and an individualized program designed to help residents build stability, confidence, and lasting independence. To begin, complete our online application. Referrals from family members, friends, community agencies, and other support professionals are also welcome.
