Oak House provides safe, structured transitional housing where individuals can rebuild their lives with dignity, purpose, and support. Through professional guidance, life skills, coaching, and a compassionate community, residents gain the tools they need to achieve lasting independence. Our individualized 12-week program offers five specialized pathways designed to meet people where they are and help them move confidently toward a stable future.

Life Coaching
Personalized coaching helps residents identify meaningful goals, build confidence and resilience, strengthen practical life skills, and create a clear path toward lasting stability and independence.

Group Support
Residents come together in a supportive, respectful setting to share experiences, strengthen communication skills, build connection, and remind one another that no one has to navigate change alone.
